Learning Coaches for English and Maths

Term time only (37 weeks per year)
Fixed term contract until August 2024
Salary: Support Staff Scale Point 35 - FTE £32,291 pro-rated (£9,250.94 actual)
We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals who have drive, energy and enthusiasm and are committed to supporting students to achieve in either English or Maths.
We currently have a need for learning coaches with experience of supporting English or Maths at Functional Skills Level 1 and/or GCSE.
Our expectations for our students are high. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to inspire and motivate students in a small group setting (3- 7 students) to make progress.
*Please note that this is a support role of up to 13 hours per week on a term time only basis. Therefore the £32,291 FTE will be pro-rated based on the number of hours worked and weeks per year (37 weeks per full academic year)*
