We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team player to join our Estates team to assist in maintaining the College environment and in providing a service to support our curriculum and community use. Candidates will need to work flexibly as part of the Estates Team to ensure that the demands of this busy provision are met throughout the course of the academic year. During a normal working week, the post holder will be required to work 37 hours, full year, on a shift basis, including 2 Saturdays every 6 weeks. The successful candidate should be available for shifts between the hours of 7.00am-3.00pm, 10.00am-6.00pm and 2.30pm-11.30pm. Having a driving licence (ideally with a D1 category), and a time served in trade or able to be hands on or a trade in painting and decorating would be a distinct advantage.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
