We are continuing to recruit Adult Education Tutors to deliver a range of daytime evening and weekend community learning classes
In particular we are interested in recruiting tutors who can offer classes to the community in the following areas
• Creative arts including photography
• Craft in particular sewing, crochet, quilting, weaving and knitting
• Cooking and Food
• Professional development
• Languages
• Mental health and wellbeing
• IT and digital media
• Home improvement
Classes run throughout the day and evenings from our main college site on Mill Lane and some community based venues
Classes vary in length from day workshops, day or eve classes 2-3 hours per week, and usually run from 4 weeks to 30 weeks.
Hourly rate: £23.82 per hour
Applicants should have a minimum of Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or be prepared to gain this qualification with us) and ideally should also have experience of delivering classes to adult learners.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service application
